Turbine Flow Meter Repair Methods

1. No display or flow does not increase:
a. Power supply circuit, signal circuit is broken or in poor contact: Use a multimeter to detect and eliminate the fault point
b. Display line circuit board fault or connector contact is poor: Replace the circuit board or connector
c. Preamplifier fault: Check whether the coil is broken or desoldering, and replace the amplifier if necessary
d. The power supply voltage is too low or unstable: Increase and stabilize the power supply voltage
e. Impeller is stuck or damaged: Remove foreign matter and clean or replace damaged parts. Recalibrate after replacement

2. Flow display gradually decreases:
a. Filter is clogged: Clear filter debris
b. Valve core on the pipeline is loose: Repair or replace the valve
c. Impeller or bearing has debris entering: Clean the flowmeter and recalibrate
